Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on a 2004 unit. Unit seems to be original to home. Condenser in back yard and furnace and Evaporator coil located in attic. Spoke over with client and she stated they had system running and was only blowing warm air. They haven’t had maintenance in a while and lack it. cycled unit and found both units not operating and no airflow produced. Advised would inspect both unit to see why unit is not working she stated she’s had issues in past and husband replaced fan motor and secondary motor control for fan in past himself. Found it not the best connection and recommended rewiring with new good connections and spades. Found no low voltage advised would have to trouble shoot for low voltage to get power to the outdoor unit. Found cooling terminal to have been pulled off or lost connection. Got indoor unit to turn on. Inspected out door unit and found compressor not on. Advised client of findings outside now that we got power to it. Inspected ele
