Your company came highly recommended by a friend, so I was already expecting good things....Holly (on the phone) delightful to speak with. Jimmy Pucillo was frosting on the cake! Very thorough...explained everything well, did not try to "overstate" condition of my system, and no pressure to do anything unnecessary. Extremely pleasant to converse with, felt like he was an old friend by the time he left. Will definitely request Jimmy in the future.
