Why start with great listener? He was the second AC company our business had out for a relatively easy fix. The first wanted to do far more than was necessary because there was no “what makes sense; what’s really needed?” Rudy took his time to listen and then patiently answer all my questions. In the end, the work he did didn’t earn him a lot of money, but he has all my respect. I would recommend him for any work, anywhere.

It’s a windy day today in Phoenix. I’m on a 2 story townhome rooftop, replacing a time delay Manager & a defrost control circuit board with sensors on a Rheem package heat pump, for a very nice young family.
Installing two condensate safety switches on two Trane attic heat pump split systems, here in the Stonegate community in Scottsdale. These safety switches can save the home from extreme damage caused by condensation water leaks from their air conditioning units.
