Ben arrived on time. Treated me by my name and introduced himself. He always removed his shoes when entering our house. Explained what was done and ran the air conditioner to confirm everything was operational. Offered me the monthly service contract which air accepted as it is a good deal if you have your service done per manufacturer’s recommendation.
