Took forever to get the part. REALLY disappointed that I have issued with a brand new furnace especially when I went with the most expensive model presented. Had to call the office several times to get an update on my part. They did not return my initial calls as they said they would. But the guys that come out to the house are awesome!

Had not previously used Countryside for a seasonal maintenance on my furnace. Tech Ben was timely and very thorough. He advised that a "capacitor" was weak and should be replaced. I accepted his recommendation and he replaced it for additional charge. This was not a $59 "seasonal special". A little more costly, but appreciated the thoroughness.
