I am extremely grateful for Crossway Mechanical. They solved my AC issues. These guys are thorough and honest. Before them I had 5 different AC companies try and determine why my AC wasn’t cooling. They all had different reasons why it wasn’t cooling. Everything from replacing my unit to having an additional unit installed was suggested. Brian and Joey spent an hour determining my issues. First more coolant need to be added. All 5 previously said the coolant was fine. Immediately the house was cooling. He told us our duct work was faulty and not distributing the air correctly. In the follow up visit, he gave me a packet of pictures, explanations and diagrams of the problems. He explained everything in detail and showed me the issues in the Attic.
