Performed ac diagnostic. Heat pump package unit roof. Found unit turns on just doesn’t blow air. Found unit blower motor not working. Tested motor for proper input voltages, all ok. Then test unit by adjusting speed tap, got unit to temporarily run for tenant. Can not say how long it will last. Recommend replacing motor to fix problem for good. Other wise this will happen again. Figure out what was going on, had to move speed tap. Needs a new motor
Customer stated unit was not keeping up when it got hot out side. Verified customers concerns. Went over complete system. Carrier condenser Serial number # 3989E43639 Model number # 38TK036310 Furnace carrier Serial number # 0490A02328 Model number # 58GC065-JB 80k BTU Condenser compressor amps 13.98 within spec Capacitor 4.98/34.95 out of 5/35 within spec. Condenser fan motor amps 1.31 within spec Furnace Fan motor amps 6.84 a little high. Capacitor 2.23 out of 5 vary far out of spec causing high amp draw. Fan is heavily impacted with debris Condenser coil has pee damage on bottom on coil. Evap coil is impacted like the fan with debris. Suggest the follow to get system to cool in the high heat conditions. Evap coil clean. Blower motor clean. Insulate refrigerant line. Replaced furnace blower capacitor. System is operating but need work to actually keep the house cool on a hot day. Tested with at 85 degrees out side.
Upon arrival customer would like estimates to raise showerhead They are getting their master bathroom tub shower retiled and would like estimate for to increase The height of shower head showerhead I provided estimate To remove Tile and raise shower head and one for customer to remove tile and just for us to raise showerhead and to cover with plastic when done.
This estimate is to install a customer supplied water softener we will remove old water softener that is not working and install new customer supplied water softener. We do not carry warranty on any customer supplied parts
In this estimate we will be shutting off the toilet supply line and removing the toilet fill valve and installing new proflow fill valve. Then for the kitchen sink we will be taking apart the waist on the left hand side of the sink. New tail piece with 90 of inch and a half tubular.
After talking with our customer and giving him some information on halo five he was happy to hear about it but told me he had already spoke with somebody who gave him an estimate at less than half the price of our pricing. Customer is looking to get a tank water heater replacement for a 40 gallon tank heater. He wants to get a few estimates before making a decision. I educated the customer on bringing his water heater up to code he has also informed on what it would mean to get a permit and the reasons why. Performed ac diagnostic, 20+ yr old Goodman split system upflow garage, back yard. Found system running just fan. Still have cracked top of condenser. Found bad compressor capacitor 40@.8 Renewal of annual membership contract Replaced Capacitor 40 Is the system still low on refrigerant? Or is the furnace blower capacitor low as well. Was 10@8.8 Refrigerant pressures above freezing on 100 degree day, pressures low but holding. Blower next thing to have issue. Unit start amps also an issue system didn’t fire up first try took a few attempts. Clients want to wait a yr for replacement. No gaurentees with age of equipment but did the bare minimum today to try and get the system running a little longer.

Performed A.C maintenance in Antelope. Unit is a Payne outdoor condenser on backside of house. Condensing coils are clean and free of debris. Checked all electrical connections and are okay no damaged or burnt wires. Checked refrigerant levels and are showing 118psi LowSide and 335psi Highside (Ambient outdoor temp 86*). Refrigerant levels are okay. Checked contactor and is in working order with no issues. Checked capacitor and is in range on compressor side showing 44.38uf which is okay. Fan side of capacitor should be 5uf +-6% and is showing 3.1 which is over the 15% mark and should be replaced. I recommend doing this repair to lengthen the lifespan of your unit. The capacitor is what delivers correct power and amperage to motors and compressor. If it fails there is a potential to damage more equipment than the capacitor. Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of problems with water heater. Technician discovered water heater to be 40 gallon natural gas Kenmore water heater from 2004. Technician found the water heater to be leaking from the top and recommends immediate replacement. Technician will supply proposals. Technician presented both proposals for client where she inquired about financing. Technician inform them of the financing a process and approval and they wanted to move forward. Technician attempted to apply for financing. Service Finance rejected application. Client stated they wanted to wait and look at other options because they could not afford it.
HVAC diagnostic - information provided to me from property management suspect a bad compressor. started diagnostic with testing and inspecting compressor. windings tested good, no direct shorts, ohmed windings good within specifications of manufacture, checked for any open circuits none. compressor should operate. Inspected all electrical wires good, tested dual run capacitor found capacitor is oversize for unit should be a 30 MFD has installed a 35 mfd. overtime will cause compressor to go bad. turned system on compressor started with no problems. checked refrigerant pressure found system low on refrigerant R22 causes a leak in the system undetermined where no big visible signs. inspected evap coil / air handler. Tenants complaining of low airflow upstairs found that to be caused by low airflow on return side no easy way for unit to cycle return air as well as blower motor and wheels are plugged / dirty restricting the air movement. Performed annual ac tune up 2008 Trane split upflow garage backyard. Tested system. Gave system bath. All parts in range dual capacitor 55-5 ok, contactor has been changed. Blower clean. Blower capacitor ok for now. Checked refrigerant, hold pressure for now. System running well at this time changed filters 2x 14-30-1.
Technician arrived on site to investigate reports of washing machine hose bibs leaking. Technician met with client and inspected problem. Technician found sheetrock to be opened up to expose entire washing machine box including hot and cold supply lines and 2 in ABS drain line. Technician supplied options for doing as little as just replacing a single hose bib up to replacing the entire washing machine box. Client's husband is currently at work.
