Three p-traps underneath the bathroom sinks are glued p-traps and they should be union ones. The utility sink has a wall mounted faucet that is loose at the neck, the customer wants it replaced before it becomes an issue. There is a faint water slamming in the water lines underneath the home when the washer is running, recommend water hammers at the laundry connections. I noticed the master bathroom shower cartridge is really stiff, recommend replacing the cartridge with a new one before damage is caused.
