Estimate to replace 3 ton Condenser and Coil ONLY. Scope of work would include: Pull permit. Removal and disposal of old equipment per epa requirements. Installation of new condenser on backyard and evaporator coil in attic. All code upgrades need for gas and electrical. Duct testing per Title 24 requirements. New supply plenum. New pad, new whip, new disconnect. Technicians will wear masks, gloves and other necessary personal protective equipment. Will tarp and cover floors, clothing, anything of customers necessary to protect from dust / damages. Work will take 1 day to complete. If work, for unplanned reason, exceeds 1 day we will clean up all material, tools, etc at the end of the workday.
