Just wanted to say thank you to Scott Petty with Crystal Blue for his professionalism on the job. Knowledgeably answered all the questions we had, explained the process as he went through it, and left with us feeling confident about our system. Even though we only needed a maintenance service it is still nice knowing you have someone that is knowledgeable and can handle the problem if it were to arise. Easy to schedule an appointment, friendly staff and fabulous communication. If I were to need someone to help with our home heating/air. I would definitely call Crystal Blue again.
