Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a toilet backing up. When technician got to front door he immediately noticed that the foundation line clean out had backed up into the planter box. Technician learned that client did not know about that and only called because the toilet was having issues. Client stated the same problem occurred approximately 2 years ago and they had Roto-Rooter out to clear it. Upon further inspection technician found toilet issues to not be related to the current backup. Technician found toilet to be approximately 25 to 35 years old. Toilet is leaking from tank and does not flush properly. Technician recommends immediate replacement. Technician also recommends a rooter service for the mainline blockage. Technician will use mainline drain machine to attempt to clear any roots or blockages inside customer's main line.
