Customer has a sewage back-up at her main sewer cleanout on the left side of the home. Called Curtis the sun and he approved snaking the main only but no camera inspection at this time. Ran the specialty chain snake down the sewer line clearing the clog, ran the snake back towards the home and cleared some minor blockage caused from the initial back-up as well. Ran the hose down the line for 10 minutes with no issues, noticed the water pressure is really high. Tested the water pressure with my gage and it’s coming in at 115 psi, recommend prv and bal valve be installed and discussed with the home owner and her son.
