Recommend their work

Michael did a great job, was very courteous, friendly, and thorough in checking out our AC system. The only reason I gave them 4 stars vs 5 was because we waited the estimated time for his arrival and he did not come. He had called earlier and told us he would be here at the latter end of the time frame but he ended up being unable to make it do to another job. We remade the appointment for the following Monday from 8-10. They called and said it would closer to 10 as he was waiting for a delivery. Unfortunately, it ended up being closer to 10:30, which would not have bothered me if it had been the first appointment. Either one alone would not have been a problem but since there was a seeming lack of respect for OUR time two times, I wondered if it was indicative of the attitude of the company as a whole, although he did mention that someone had recently quit which could definitely have caused the delays.

Upon arrival found toilet to be constantly running. This estimate is to replace fill valve and flapper. We will drain toilet tank and remove fill valve and replace with new fill valve. The angle stop and supply is a one piece pull, push style angle stop we will re connect to new fill valve.if still in good condition After completing toilet rebuild attached to existing angle stop one piece supply and the angle stop connection to the supply was leaking we were placed with push to connect angle stop there’s pex coming out of the wall and install new supply line.

Customer has a 40 gallon propane water heater that is fluctuating it’s hot temperatures. Which is a very symptomatic problem for a water heater in which is going bad. After going over many options with the customer They have decided to stick with a 40 gallon Bradford white tank heater and also have extreme interest in a full house filtration system. Halo five. Customer seemed very happy and satisfied with the information I gave her. So we will be sending an estimate today and looking forward to hearing back from our customer.

Replace indoor evap coil. Take apart unit, remove side panels and top. Dissconnected fan. Reclaim refrigerant. Remove indoor evap coil, re nitro braze in new evap coil, pressure test with nitrogen, then vacuum system to below 500 microns. Then Factory weigh in refrigerant charge of 92.8oz of r410a, then reworked everything back up. During install found that system has both a txv, and a fixed orfice metering device. Not normal, but system is working for now. Tested system pressures ok at this time. House cooling. Gave unit a good water bath.

Performed furnace diagnostic 2003 Trane split system outside closet. Found gas valve not opening, checked for power at gas valve getting signal. Check control board, everything looks ok took picture. Tested gas valve needs to be replaced. Replaced Gas valve, switched lp kit. Tested system system fired right up. Due to age of equipment want to watch how much money we are putting into it, also keep an eye on the rust and water marks on platform unit has or is leaking water. Equipment operational at this time.

Performed annual heating maintenance on a 15 yr carrier heat pump package unit on the roof. Found unit still doesn’t have a service disconnect. Have to turn unit on and off and main breaker box, not to code. Also the drain line has separated on the roof. See pictures. Re attached drain line, just pushed them together. Won’t last. Fix would be to remove and repair/ replace to make it go all the way to the gutter. Cleaned off leafs from behind unit. Checked parts ok for now. Capacitor bad 70-5@65-4.5, dropped since last time. Control board ok.

Cannot add ducts to needed rooms due to no access to the rooms location. Furnace showing signs of failure with rust building up in heat exchanger. Potentially a hazard if heat exchanger breaches.

Removed the wall heater and pulled the vent out of the wall, closed both sides with plywood. Ran a loop system after the well tank and attached to the softener, filled the brine tank with 5 bags of salt. Turned the water on with no leaks, flushed the system for 25 minutes and 30 minutes of regen. Set the hardiness to 17, let the water run and tested at the bathroom sink which showed no hardness. Customer is provided a one year parts and labor warranty.
