Michael did a great job, was very courteous, friendly, and thorough in checking out our AC system. The only reason I gave them 4 stars vs 5 was because we waited the estimated time for his arrival and he did not come. He had called earlier and told us he would be here at the latter end of the time frame but he ended up being unable to make it do to another job. We remade the appointment for the following Monday from 8-10. They called and said it would closer to 10 as he was waiting for a delivery. Unfortunately, it ended up being closer to 10:30, which would not have bothered me if it had been the first appointment. Either one alone would not have been a problem but since there was a seeming lack of respect for OUR time two times, I wondered if it was indicative of the attitude of the company as a whole, although he did mention that someone had recently quit which could definitely have caused the delays.
Tom was on time, informative, thorough and non-judgmental of why we needed a plumber. If we ever need your services again, we are calling you...definitely recommend you guys!
Sean came out and did some toilet rebuilds for our home and everything went perfectly ! He was very thorough and rechecked his work to ensure all was in perfect working order and kept the work areas picked up and clean. Thanks CBP for a Great Job ! -Kevin

Have to turn unit on and off and main breaker box, not to code. Also the drain line has separated on the roof. See pictures. Re attached drain line, just pushed them together. Won’t last. Provided estimate and the customer will let us know when he decides to get the work done.
Performed diagnostic Colfax. Found leak behind furnace in copper pipe. Checked condensate pump working and appears to be fine. There’s a 1/2 in of water on ground behind unit can’t tell if there’s water coming from anywhere else. But inside of unit has some water marks so re sloped furnace for better drainage. And cleared drain line out of coil. Flushed multiple times. Set to have plumber come out tomorrow and see what it’s going to take to fix leak.
