Clear toilets using ridged agar. Before starting we will spray down and clean the agar to make sure it’s sanitary and won’t leave marks in toilet bowls. After we agar toilets then we can clean toilets and run system test. Customer seem to be very happy and satisfied with the job performed we look forward to servicing him in the future.
Talk to Drew and he advised customer needs to order to Tstats. let customer know.

Two customer supplied waste and overflow finish installs, two new tub spouts, five new Toto 3 inch flapper installs: Remove old waste and overflow finishes, remove tub spouts, install new pop-up drain and overflow finish, install new tub spouts, cut open sheetrock and test for any leaks, sheetrock repairs included.
Our recommendation would be to remove everything, seal up all duct work to meet title 24 requirements. Removal of transitions and re seal to exterior of house. Push the unit back as close to the house as we can get it. Re run low voltage wire, high voltage. Level the unit on the exsisting concrete pad. Hook everything back up. Take 1 day
Upon arrival found kitchen sink supports failed And see was being held up by a stick estimates are given in attached email.
Repairs needed to get system operating at a efficient level.
Install New Bradford white and bring everything up to code. This would include a new expansion tank, new supply lines, earth quake straps, with a drip pan and drain line. We would also need to upgrade the gas line and add a dirt leg. The old heater has a gate valve so this may need to be replaced as well.
After performing the plumbing inspection customer seems to be very happy and satisfied with the job performed we made a few small fixes for her for free to show appreciation for her membership. She also would like us to schedule to come back next week and fix a pop-up assembly in the master bathroom. We look forward to servicing her in the near future.
Talked to client about opinions. Wants to hold off on duct work but go for other repairs.
This includes installing a condenser Hard Start relay into unit. This will reduce the starting amperage of unit and prevent over amping the compressor motor or the fan motor. Since the compressor draws so much power at once, most houses lights will dim and flicker sometimes due to high power consumption. Installing this kit will lengthen the life of the motors in your unit. As well as save you from excessive power draw on your house. 07/22/2020. Installed 3.5-5 ton 3 wire hard start kit and relay. System is running more efficiently now. Installed tamper proof locking refrigerant caps onto lineset to prevent dirt buildup inside valves as well as to prevent someone from tampering with systems refrigerant.
Performed ac diagnostic, game room unit. Ac is the closest to the gate. Found thermostat off, turned system on airflow running. Went outside compressor and fan not running. Opened system up and found failed dual capacitor. Changed dual capacitor 35-5. Tested system. System cooling at this time.
Talked to client about different energy Efficient options. Phone service was pore will call from shop phone Monday morning
Found that fan motor was humming but not coming home on. Found capacitor was rated at 12.5 but tested at 1.4. Replaced and fan started spinning, system is operating at this time. Temperature split is 18 degrees Thermostat is a Beutler stat is getting old and could be the next thing to go out.
