Outside unit has been relocated down the walkway condenser is also very dirty, in attic their is a new furnace and coil. Did they change the txv for r22 when they installed that system. We would remove old ac condenser and re run the high voltage wire and disconnect to be in code. In attic we would change the txv and flush lineset with rx11. To clean refrigerant lines. Nitrogen braze in new system, pressure test system, vacuum below 500 microns. Then factory charge system.

Customer has garbage disposal that is leaking from the collar, removed the garbage disposal and the sink collar. Installed the sink collar with plumbers putty, installed the garbage disposal. Turned the water but water kept coming from the bottom, kept running the unit and the water stopped after a while. Determined the water was excess from the collar leaking all over the garbage disposal. Garbage disposal is working perfectly and no longer leaks, garbage disposal is working perfectly.

The sub pump station has a check valve connected with a heico band. The Heico band is old and damaged so to repair the leak we would Have to shut the pump down, open up pipe at the band. Let drain and replace with new band.

Customer wants to install apron style sink and possibly install a new water heater because his is currently leaking. Provided estimates and the customer wanted us to install his toilet with a new angle-stop. Removed the old toilet and he disposed of it, removed the angle-stop and installed the new one. Turned the water on with no leaks, installed the new Kholer toilet and silicone the bottom of the toilet. Flushed the toilet multiple times and its working perfectly.

Customer has a tanked water heater and they want a tankless installed on the left side of the home. Gas meter is on the left side of the home and water line access underneath the home less than 5 feet away. Provided the customer with a couple of estimates and a card for getting an electrician to install an exterior receptacle to power the unit. Customer will contact us when they decide to get the work done.

Upon arrival the leak is at the street before going into the main water shut off the tee coming in from the street was not glued. This estimate is to remove cristy boxes dig down and coupling on to existing 2” pvc pipe that comes in before the main shut offs. I will coupling and then tee off to go into both cristy boxes for the main water and the recycle water. Will need to wait an hour after pvc gluing before turning water back on to street. Due to it being before the main shut off backflow to the whole street will need to be shut down. Will have to return for a permanent fix. Still leaking. Water shut off to complex. Need adequate drying time for glue. Returned and turned water on and tested for leaks. After no leaks found backfilled

Previous plumber was out and connected a cleanout cap that was loose and could have been the issue of water coming from the wall. Returned today and noticed the water seems to be seeping from the ground, provided estimates to start leak detection and he will call us after talking with the property owner.

Find leak at cleanout. Upon arrival customer has residue on wall from what would look like a leak. Around that area there is a cleanout plug that was not inserted into the wall. It appears that because that plug was not seated that water was getting through. I gave option to clean and dope and reseat the plug for the minimum plumbing charge or we could open the wall to be absolutely sure that was the only problem. Customer would like to just to do the minimum plumbing charge for now. Took payment and emailed customer.

Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of problem with gas at outdoor fire pit. Upon investigation technician learned from client that fire pit was just installed by a contractor in the last couple of weeks. Contractor ran dedicated 1-in line underground to fire pit. but where it pokes out of the concrete the fire pit is created from it is only 3/4. That three-quarter line then connects to a 36-in flexible supply line which then hooks into a three-ring fire pit burner. Client stated her main concern is just that the flames are relatively short. Client was expecting a larger amount of fire for the pit she had installed. Technician doesn't believe there's anything wrong with the gas system. Technician believes the main problem lies with the actual burner itself due to the size and design of it. Technician stated he could simply do something as small as replace the flexible line or provide quotes for replacing the whole burner.

Customer has a leak underneath her kitchen sink, upon diagnosis determined that the left side hot angle-stop corrugated water line connected to the faucet is leaking. Provided options and the customer chose to just get an updated angle-stop installed with a water flex line. I removed the old angle-stop and installed a double sided two handle quarter turn angle-stop, turned the water on with no leaks. The customer also had a leaking hose bibb and i tightened the packing nut down stopping the leak, per the customers request I removed the hose from the bibb so she can purchase a new one.
