Upon arrival the leak is at the street before going into the main water shut off the tee coming in from the street was not glued. This estimate is to remove cristy boxes dig down and coupling on to existing 2†pvc pipe that comes in before the main shut offs. I will coupling and then tee off to go into both cristy boxes for the main water and the recycle water. Will need to wait an hour after pvc gluing before turning water back on to street. Due to it being before the main shut off backflow to the whole street will need to be shut down. Will have to return for a permanent fix. Still leaking. Water shut off to complex. Need adequate drying time for glue. Returned and turned water on and tested for leaks. After no leaks found backfilled
