Scott was very knowledgeable, answered questions and clearly explained the pros and cons of different options. Within one hour of visit, provided a detailed quote with photos as I requested. Initial visit was free of charge and there was no pressure to buy, allowing me the opportunity to compare to other contractors.

Your price is very high?
Jeremy was very polite & knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to getting my home running more efficient. Finally a repair man that listens to what I’m looking for, not what they think I need. A bumpy start on scheduling. My 1st appointment, service tech was a no show. I rescheduled for next day, but was put on different time window, than what was agreed on when appointment was made 😖. I was satisfied once Jeremy arrived.
Professional workmanship and attention to detail, great customer experience

In this estimate we will be shutting off the water supply to the old toilet and removing the old toilet. We will also dispose of the old toilet for the customer. Once that is done we are going to remove the old wax ring from the old toilet completely clean the toilet flange free of any of the old wax, then we will install our new wax ring with a new bolts. Then we can put together the new toilet and install it onto the wax ring flange and bolts. Then we will tighten down and secure the toilet test toilet for any leaks. Once we are sure the toilet is not leaking then I can silicone the toilet to prevent sewer gases from entering the home.

This includes installing a condenser Hard Start relay into unit. This will reduce the starting amperage of unit and prevent over amping the compressor motor or the fan motor. Since the compressor draws so much power at once, most houses lights will dim and flicker sometimes due to high power consumption. Installing this kit will lengthen the life of the motors in your unit. As well as save you from excessive power draw on your house. 07/22/2020. Installed 3 wire hard start kit and relay to Goodman condenser.
Performed annual a.c maintenance in Elk Grove. Unit is about 9 years old. House had fire about 9 years ago and was rebuilt. Service disconnect is in a easily accessible location to side of unit. Units condensing coils are clean and free of any dirt buildup. Amperage draw of compressor is 4.02A, Amperage draw of condensing fan motor is 0.52A. Checked condition of contactor and is working properly no issues there. Checked capacitor which is rated for 45/5+-5% and I’m showing 48.4/4.9 and is in range and working properly. Primary drain is clean and draining. Secondary is dry and not dripping from window. Lastly checked refrigerant pressures for R410A system and I’m showing 128psi Lowside and 242 psi Highside. System is cooling well and efficiently. Duct work is all in good condition and no damage to any runs. New Goodman furnace in attic. *need to pickup hard start kit* will pickup today and call customer to schedule coming back out for install of hard start kit.
Customer is having drain issues at there kitchen sink, I filled the right side of the sink and drained it. The left side of the sink filled up and the water drained very slowly, this tells me they have debris coating the sewer line so a conventional snake will not clean the line. I left options to clean the line with chain snake or hydro-Jett, and a possible Bio Clean to keep up on maintenance. The customer will contact us when they decide what they want to do.
Customer has a 20+ year old water heater that they want to get replace before it causes damage or becomes inoperative. Provided the customer multiple options and emailed these to the customer, they will contact us when they decide which estimate to choose.
Customers interested in buying a water filtration system for the entire house. I went over some options for him as far as water softeners and filtration systems he is more interested in the halo five whole house filtration. we could install this on the right hand side of his home over the top of the water main shut off valve. I went over details and watch videos from the halo five reps to give him a full explanation in detail of what the halo five is. We also talked about our membership in the benefits we offer he is very interested in it and says if he goes with us he will definitely buy the membership being that he just moved into a new home he would like to get the HVAC tuneup inspection along with the plumbing inspection as soon as possible. Customer was very happy and satisfied says he wants a few days to talk it over with his wife.
