Jeremy was very polite & knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to getting my home running more efficient. Finally a repair man that listens to what I’m looking for, not what they think I need. A bumpy start on scheduling. My 1st appointment, service tech was a no show. I rescheduled for next day, but was put on different time window, than what was agreed on when appointment was made 😖. I was satisfied once Jeremy arrived.

Customer is having drain issues at there kitchen sink, I filled the right side of the sink and drained it. The left side of the sink filled up and the water drained very slowly, this tells me they have debris coating the sewer line so a conventional snake will not clean the line. I left options to clean the line with chain snake or hydro-Jett, and a possible Bio Clean to keep up on maintenance. The customer will contact us when they decide what they want to do.
Customer has a 20+ year old water heater that they want to get replace before it causes damage or becomes inoperative. Provided the customer multiple options and emailed these to the customer, they will contact us when they decide which estimate to choose.
Customers interested in buying a water filtration system for the entire house. I went over some options for him as far as water softeners and filtration systems he is more interested in the halo five whole house filtration. we could install this on the right hand side of his home over the top of the water main shut off valve. I went over details and watch videos from the halo five reps to give him a full explanation in detail of what the halo five is. We also talked about our membership in the benefits we offer he is very interested in it and says if he goes with us he will definitely buy the membership being that he just moved into a new home he would like to get the HVAC tuneup inspection along with the plumbing inspection as soon as possible. Customer was very happy and satisfied says he wants a few days to talk it over with his wife.

Add return master, zoning and removing fiberboard plenum, new dampers and board. Re do drain lines. New flue. Removal of all fiberboard plenums.
Installed primary control board attic unit, upstairs system closet to hatch. Went thru system found bad control board, need to replace board and test system. With annual service plan on 2 systems
Performed ac diagnostic split system attic and back yard. Found upstairs tstat not working. Went into attic 2 furnaces and coils in attic, found that unit had power high voltage and low voltage, just not sending power back to control board, removed control board from unit to inspect back of board. Found that board has what appears to be a burnt connection on the molex plug that supplies low voltage/ control voltage. No led indicator light. Paid 100 dollar deposit, owes 700 at time of installation of control board. Will contact tomorrow morning with availability of part and eta for install, upstairs without air conditioning.
Customer has a really old boiler home water heater and wants estimate to install a tankless water heater. Provided the customer with estimates for a tankless install, she will give the estimate to the property management for approval and call us back when they approve the work.
Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of an issue with the garbage disposal. Technician met with client and found their sun is in the construction business and purchased them a new garbage disposal. They stated they've been having many issues with their old one and would like this one installed. Technician will supply proposal. Technician will install new client supplied 3/4 horsepower badger garbage disposal. Technician performed install and tested to ensure proper operation. Technician tested P-trap for leaks. Technician collected signatures and payment.
Customer purchased a laundry sink with faucet and a new shower head and they would like to have the items installed. Presented estimate to install angl;e-stops, drain, sink, faucet and shower head upstairs in the master bathroom. Customer was given a different price on the home advisor website and wanted to resolve this before we start the work.
Performed ac annual maintenance on 1 yr split carrier system attic backyard. 410 locking caps. Dual capacitor ok 40-5. Contactor ok. All wires tight no burnt or loose connections. Checked both electrical boxes ok. Watch how close the bush is getting to the unit. Wiped down outside unit. Unit is secured to pad, disconnect labeled. Lineset wrapped. Washable filter ok. System in good shape, new system.

This estimate is to tee off of exposed pex piping on both hot and cold sides and drill through the cabinet to come down the studs and move to copper stubouts with shut off valves on them We will turn water off to house and drain water down We will cut into hot and cold lines and tee off them. We will circle cut through the cabinet to run water lines through. We will bring those lines down the studs strapping every 3feet and stub out with copper with shut off valves. We will turn water back on to house and check for leaks. Once completed we will clean out workspace collect payment. 3/30 returned to do quoted work. Installed hot and cold limes with angle stops in customers garage. Strapped piping and checked for leaks. No leaks or faults at this time. Collected balance via check and customer would like invoice mailed as he does not have email. Uploaded pictures of completed work.
Upon arrival customer is interested in a water line booster. Customer has 42 psi at his well and 28psi coming into the house. Recommended a well specialist out to address that issue. Customer would like a quote on bringing water lines down and installing shut off valves. Gave customer estimates. Customer is scheduled for Monday to complete work on water lines.
