Went thru and found what system is yours since nothing on roof is labeled. Found roof top unit has power, and refrigerant, but can’t tell if anything else is going on till we install a new working thermostat. Replaced thermostat and tested system. Found system possibly low on r22 refrigerant, that explains the water in secondary pan, if water keeps leaking will need to charge system. System on and working at this time Emailed commercial hvac plans to clients
