Customer had Rooter Jet Plumbing out to do original warranty call but water heater is still having same issues. Customer called Crystal Blue for second opinion of issue with water heater. Upon arrival found snap disc tripped on newly installed burner assembly sent from factory. Customer called American standard to have tech discuss issue with representative. George at American standard asked to have pictures sent of water heater. American standard representative asked tech to bypass snap disc to keep customer in service. After bypassing switch water heater remained on for about 10 minutes before shutting off again. American standard representative (George Juarez) told technician that customer would have to call back tomorrow to speak with supervisor Christian as he did not know how to diagnose water heater over phone. Left customer with personal cell number in case American standard supervisor needs to speak with technician.

Customer had concerns with low flow sewer lines in guest and master bathroom, looked at main line first to determine if main line was clogged. Line is free flowing. Checked guest bathroom shower drain, drain is very slow, removed tub stopper and found lots of hair, tub is flowing fine. Also checked master bath lavy sink drain, removed stopper and found lots of hair and sludge. Recommended chemical maintenance. Also gave customer quote to repair guest bath toilet. Customer declined. Also spoke with customer about Crystal Blue membership, customer will discuss with wife before making a decision. No charge to customer for service .

Customer just purchased home and is remodeling hall bathroom. Customer is purchasing new trim kit for shower to be installed by Crystal Blue. Customer also needs three new 1/34 turn angle stops installed for toilet and lavy sink. Install customer supplied shower trim kit and replace three angle stops, customer had purchased wrong repair kit. Tech repaired/rebuilt old three handle price printer shower valve

We will installed a High Energy Efficiency American Standard 5 Ton 17 SEER two stage cool and compressor matched with a 80% True Variable Speed Blower with two stage heat. We replaced the zone board with a Honeywell zone board, two Nest thermostats installed. installed a 14 by 14 return with 10” duct and grill. New drain pan, new condenser pad, new electrical disconnect, new whip.

Talk to customer about what he wanted to do it was not for a whole house fan it was for the smart vent on the system due to the requirements and what he was wanting could not perform that task due to removal of zone control board and thermostat to control neu hvac system smart vent will not work any longer

Install new burner and pilot assembly under warranty. Contacted Bradford white warranty and spoke with Riley, part has to come from the factory and will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Part is being delivered to the shop. Will contact customer when part has arrived to schedule service. Installed the new burner assembly, tested and the unit is now properly working

Performed ac diagnostic Folsom. Found system not operating, inside blowing air outside not turning on, tested for power ok. found bad dual capacitor, recommend hard start kit and yearly maintenance program. Also checked refrigerant pressures today to make sure no other issues going on. Filter emaze clean at this time.

Replacement in Folsom, Ca. We will remove old equipment per EPA regulations and install a 4 Ton American Standard 18SEER/13EER Condenser and Aluminum Coil and will be two stage compressor matched with a True Variable Speed Blower 96% furnace comfort system. (Down Flow application). Install two Nest thermostats. New gas flex line, new 110 power cord. We will move condenser 3 feet forward to get out from beneath bay window. New condenser pad with isolation pads for vibration and noise reduction. New electrical disconnect installed with new breakers. Flush and leak test line set. Reseal ductwork to 15% leakage per Title 24 requirements. Perform Title 24 duct test and pull permits. #no ( Smud Rebate for $650.00 for 18 SEER and $100.00 for Nest thermostats for a total of $750.00 after install rebate) bringing your total cost once you receive the rebate down to $16,094.00

Performed ac diagnostic Folsom. Found 23 yr old system low on refrigerant again. Coil partially frozen. We need to de ice system, so that we can properly charge system. Need to charge system and weigh in refrigerant. R22 is 200$ a lb. so very costly. Also would need to properly clean ac condenser. Recommend repair vs replace options, due age of system, shape of system and the amount of money we have put into system this year alone. Ken to come out this evening and go over options.

Pvc water line cracked and needs repair. This is technicians second time out to fix leak in same location and same fitting. Pipe is somehow receiving external stresses causing pipe to crack. Crystal Blue is honoring repair of pipe out of warranty for customer satisfaction. If leak occurs again customer will be charged parts and labor for repair. Technician has taken photos of damage to unit that is possible cause for stress. Before and after photos have been taken to ensure work was performed correctly. Customer had a concern with materials used for install of water softener, customer was left with installers Manuel that specifies materials recommended to be used by manufacturer, system has been installed per manufacturer recommendations. Warranty is void for any future repairs.

Customer asked to have quote for leak in wall. Leak is possibly in slab foundation. Need leak locator to specify location of leak before quote can be given. Referred customer to On the spot leak locator to find leak. Will return to residence once leak is located to provide estimate for repair.

Found the diaphragm in the side yard and they say the valve was stuck in the open position, removed diaphragm reinstalled unit is now turning on and off. We tested all 6 sections and found no more issues
