Upon arrival customer stated they would like to move and in order to they would need to change their e current water heater out. When they had their water heater installed a couple year’s ago; they put the wrong kind in. They currently have a 50 gallon water heater with a blower motor. I observed that they have a pan that runs to the exterior as well as the t&p valve. I notice that when it was installed a 3/4†copper line has been shark bite capped off. The customer has not had heat from their furnace since it was installed. I believe that they need a hydronic water heater, but need to know which kind, and confirm it’s hyrdonics. I only seen one line going into he house that would be for the hydronic’s when usually there are two; plus your usual hot and cold water lines. In order to give a proper estimate will need to know what she is being required to replace it with mandated by their apartment complex.
