Scott was so awesome! Knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained everything to me in detail and also covered the importance of having our heat and air unit serviced twice a year to keep in in top working condition. He had the correct part in his van and it did not take long to fix it and have the air conditioning back and running. Thank you Scott! We also love the texts Crystal Blue sends letting us know who is coming, what they look like and what time.
