After doing the plumbing inspection everything in the home seems to work properly. My only concern is that they have a very high water pressure fluctuating between 78 and 81 psi. Also the home has a gate valve for the emergency whole house shut off I recommend getting a ball valve which are much more likely to last longer and not fail. I left estimates for the PRV and PRV with ball valve. Customer seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed.

Customer stated unit was blowing warm air. But is was running, verified customer concerns. Inspected furnace found no fault codes and system was operating as it should. Had. Zero temperature split. Should see any where from 15 to 20. Inspected out door unit, found that after checking charge that the compressor was not running. Attempted to cool the compressor down with water. Then attempted to jump start it with a hard starter kit. Compressor is pulling over 200 amps when attempting to start, compressor is seized. Compressor is still under warranty, Will be installing compressor Wednesday. Total to be collected $1,750 Took 10% down today of $175

Re signed up on another year of membership Membership Re designed partial duct replacement, connecting to plenum directly. This would be running a duct from the plenum to the new silver ducts and reconnecting it all. 8” from plenum, new 8” start collar, and 8-6-6;wye, 1 8”duct. And added register in bathroom so cat doesn’t fall into duct again. Tested system much better airflow. Clients happy with airflow

Performed annual heating maintenance, 5 yr gas package unit side of house. LP. Ducts under house are mix of silver and grey alumiflex, not in great shape, and don’t get even air flow. To fix that we would have to redesign the duct system. But we can always just re attach the fallen duct. Changed filter. Tested system safety features ok. 12-4 toe kick

Performed furnace diagnostic 14 yr mobile home unit. Furnace has been moved and then someone covered the return air vent. Into the walk in closet. Most of the floor registers are missing in the home. Which is effecting air flow. Main supply duct to side of house in bad shape, sitting on the ground. Furnace appears to have been moved at some point. It’s now in a closet behind the house. Water heater doesn’t have a flue pipe attached, it’s off to the side. Floor under swamp cooler falling apart. See pictures and ceiling in middle of home appears to be leaking. System does work for now, tested and cycled system multiple times ok. But due to age shape and neglect. Might want to replace system. Found unit 29 in bad shape, unit works needs big maintenance. Floor falling apart under swamp cooler.
