Performed tune up maintenance contract. Turned system on from each thermostat and unit kicked right on. Started at indoor unit. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Found blower wheel and blower cabinet have excessive debris. Inspected all electrical connections. Inspected blower motor and capacitor. Motor pulling 6 amps on stage 2 Filter is clean but filter grill is half off, Put back on Condensate is draining properly. Evidence of water backing up in condensate pan, Recommend dealing safety switch Have a 18 degree temperature split. Unit is operating at this time. Inspected condenser. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Coils are impacted with debris from concrete construction. Inspected compressor, have a amp draw of 10 Condenser fan motor pulling .1 Contactor heavily pitted and sparking when contacts touch. Capacitor is 50 and measured 50 and is within spec. Suggest replacement of contactor, clean condenser, clean blower wheel, install ceiling
