I am very pleased

This old house was not very cooperative today. Parts were broken we didn’t know about. He was very professional. He had to drive a long way to get the parts, and stayed until it was complete. He really has my confidence now.

Optimal Customer Service

It is refreshing to have a service company come out and complete an inspection, and suggest to start with the basics, and not suggest changes that cost thousands of dollars. Scott was very professional, very friendly and we were very satisfied with our service.

Out to estimate installation of coil and condenser on mobile. Electrical breaker has designated slots for air conditioning, not positive if they are wired to anything without investigating more. Client said she has never had air conditioning. Client not ready to make decision at this time.

Customer stated that the dishwasher is not working after did our last repair. Ran test conformed that did not pump out water. Removed screen in dishwasher and cleaned than put back in. Checked hoses and they were clear. Put vacuum on dishwasher hose to confirm hose is clear. After testing it seems to be a dishwasher issue not a drain issue recommend replacement Customer is check with contractor who built home since home is only a year old based on conservation he may contact us for replacement options.

In this estimate we will have to open up the tankless unit run diagnosis and change out the high limit switch. After that is done we need to run a Descale flush on the unit. Check for any air codes and make sure everything functions properly. After installing the high limit switch and running the flash through the system we then reconnected everything opened up the valves and ran a full system test at the Fossett in the kitchen and fixtures in the bathrooms. Customer also did a few things with the Fossett to try and make an error code get sent off on the unit like it was doing before we ran the test two times and came to the end result that everything is functioning properly. Customer seems to be happy and satisfied with the work performed and we look forward to servicing them in the future.

Out to estimate replacement of 2 ton package unit on roof. Multiple estimates for different options given. Unsure if equipment is operational or not. At this time, client is in escrow on home. Also, home has some unsafe working conditions (rotten deck in areas). Home is in construction process. Driveway is steep, unsure if crane would be able to access property.

In this summary we are working at a house that is vacant but he’s on escrow getting ready to sell homeowner lives out of town, so we did all the talking through this transaction over the phone I did my best to educate her on the things she will need to bring her heater up to code and get the house ready for sale the only difficulty and pricing for this particular job is adding a disconnect box within 10 feet of the heater to comply with Nevada County code. After researching online Nevada county charges over $153 for the water heater permit we have a small charge additional for the office having to contact municipalities and sending a labor to go complete the permit.

Returned to install two new toilets, shower trim, and waste and overflow trim. Determined the shower trim was incorrect, and one toilet flange was broken. Repaired the toilet flange, installed both toilets, turned the water on with no leaks and the toilets are working perfectly. Installed new waste and overflow in the tub after the old piping broke when trying to install the new trim. Tested all the plumbing and everything is working perfectly with no leaks.
