Optimal Customer Service

It is refreshing to have a service company come out and complete an inspection, and suggest to start with the basics, and not suggest changes that cost thousands of dollars. Scott was very professional, very friendly and we were very satisfied with our service.

Performed annual heating maintenance grass valley. 3 yr split garage side yard. Changed filter at unit, checked to make sure that their wasn’t filters being used in the grills, there are not. Visual inspection of unit ok. System is a high efficiency unit, draining ok at this time. Cleaned burners and flame sensor, burners clean. Hot surface ignitor at 55ohms. Variable speed motor, ok clean. Even with finding loose insulation trying to get sucked into the blower. Electrical connections ok, no burnt connections. System doesn’t have a surge protector.

Out to look at units. Uneven airflow. Some areas are hot, others warm, others cold. Cold areas are using space heaters, so much so they are tripping breakers. Package units roof are from 2014 Found 8 package units on roof. Found 3 mini split on roof, 5 exhaust fans. See video and map. Found 1 tstat not working blank screen. All the units are set to auto and a temp. I recommend switching to either heat or cool. Start small. Today went thru systems found 8 package units on the roof, labeled them on map. Also found locations for 8 thermostats labeled on map as well red dots. They also have 5 exhaust fans. And 3 mini splits. Uneven airflow recommend switching from auto to heat or cool. To see if that regulates temp better. If problem consists will have to get access to duct work. To see what’s going on.
