Performed ac diagnostic. Split Mobile home unit. Unit parts working, for now. Looks to be low on r22 refrigerant. Just alittle bit. Also could be a metering device issue. As well as air in the lines. Refrigerant presssures are all over the place. Adding a lb of r22.... If repair doesn’t work will credit it towards replacement.

Performed ac diagnostic found system not working, went thru inside unit upflow, in walk in off garage. Outside condenser out back, found blue pool trap on top of condenser. Txv build uninsulated under house. Outside was getting pressure switch error per control board, 5 flashes. Tested pressure switches high ok low not sending signal, went thru and verified there signal was right. Then tested refrigerant, zero pressure. We lost 12 lbs of r22 refrigerant. And now need to find the leak. My recommendation would be to pressure test system, to see if we have any major leaks, Due to age and shape don’t recommend putting that much money into repairs. Won’t get a return on investment. Client wants to see if he can get the r22 from a friend Go thru system to see what is happening

Customer has a dishwasher that is not working and he wants to have a different one installed, he will dispose of the dishwasher afterwards. Removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one, turned the water on with no leaks and the dishwasher tested perfectly. Called the landlord and got a voicemail and left message for him to call in and pay.

Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a leak in the bathroom of client second home on property. Technician inspected and found the floor wall and inside cabinet to show signs of severe water damage and mold. Client is a do-it-yourselfer and set a portion of the project he planned on doing himself. Technician explained that a mold removal company is likely necessary and provided contact information for Cecil construction incorporated out of Grass valley. Client is going to contact them to schedule an appointment. Client plans on demoing The majority of the bathroom for the mold removal. Quiet will then have us come back out to perform the repair and possibly reinstall new vanity. Home is a modular pre-manufactured structure using quest pipe.

Customer had flooring that needed to be installed in the master bathroom, returned today to install angle-stop and toilet. Turned the water off and installed the angle-stop, installed new wax ring and bolts for toilet installation. Turned the water on with no leaks and silicones the bottom of the toilet, flushed multiple times and the toilet is working perfectly.

Inspected system looking to removal of old system and hauling it away. We would be patching the ceiling, cutting the exsisting plenum and sheet metal capping it. As well as sliding in a new floor in the closet.

Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of leak occurring after we cleared a drain. Client stated they believed it came from the dishwasher hose said it mainly occurs when they run the dishwasher. technician found underneath kitchen sink there was standing water we had previously been out to clear dishwasher line. Upon investigation technician found problem to actually lie with P-trap. Technician found one of the nuts had slipped off the end of the dirty arm. This caused a leak anytime there was a large amount of water flow through the disposal. Technician reconnected and tested. Technician found no other source of leak and told client to keep an eye on it to ensure such. Technician clean work area and pulled off.

Returned to do plumbing remodel in the hall bathroom at agreed upon pricing. Installed the shower valve without trim, installed the new waste and overflow. The overflow was not long enough so we had to add a tubular extension, doing so made the tub stopper not long enough to plug the drain but the customer was ok and understood the dilemma. Cut into the abs at the lavatory and broke the abs more to the left and stubbed out, customer will attach p-trap and adapter when he installs the vanity. Turned the water on and the tub connections where not leaking, added a piece of 2 by 4 to help support the front of the tub.

Customer has a bathroom that he is remodeling and he wants a plumber to do th plumbing, waste and overflow, waste for the sink, and the shower valve. Presented the estimate for the work and he will contact us when he is ready to do the work. Customer is responsible for the permit but the plumbing will be brought up to code.

Crystal blue plumbing will perform a partial repipe in uponor pex piping. Which will include the half side of the house that would include the master bathroom, and the water heater piping. We will not replace the water heater but the water lines leading to it. We will: -cut out all galvanized lines 1/2 and 3/4” that are for the two his/her bathroom sinks, the line leading to the toilet, the lines leading to do the tub. -we will cut out and and remove the existing shower valve from the inside of the shower not the back wall, and replace the shower valve. -We will replace the angle stops for under the sinks. Customer had a previous plumbing company out to check a leak that is occurring from the plumbing in the upstairs master bathroom. Ran the shower and noticed there are a lot of cracks in the tile where water can be seeping but nothing pouring out while it was on. Checked the overflow at the tub and the cover as easily moved with my hand, further diagnosis revealed that the overflow plumbing in the wall was leaking as well. Tightened the overflow cap and filled the tub. The overflow is not leaking at this time but the poor plumbing for the waste line is leaking. I also noticed that the tub is not silicone around the outside, splashed water on it and it came out from the seal between the tub and the surround. I also noticed that the wall on the tub that the previous plumbers removed to do there diagnosis was not sealed around the floor so any water on the floor seats into the wall and drips down.
