Scott and his partner were pleasant to work with, I’m very pleased with their service. As far as the iWave-r and MERV filter functionality, I’m still waiting for a great result. I still can’t live in my house because I still have allergic reactions whenever I enter my house. Spores are still lingering.

Return visit to find leak in r22 system. Found leak in the evap coil located in the attic. Having a comfort advisor come out to go over some options to best suit the client. Comfort advisor is about 2 hours away and will call when on the way

We were out here prior for a gas leak technician change valve customer called in stating they still have a gas leak after inspection found it was the fitting going into the back of the stove is not the proper fitting it was a flare fitting not the proper ips after testing with spray bubbles found leak at that joint we repaired by replacing fitting with proper fitting tested multiple times with spray bubbles and electronic gas leak detector and found no leak

Customer is looking to add a gas line to the property on the exterior of the home. This gas line is going to be for a barbecue that he’s going to have installed in the future. We looked at the dimensions of the barbecue this barbecue is going to run on 115,000 BTU. I explain to them the gas sizing the distance and what it requires to feed 115,000 BTU unit. I explained everything to the best of my ability the customer seems to be happy and satisfied with the information I gave him.

Reconnecting PVC joints no limited access quickfix In this estimate we will be fixing a PVC pipe in the side yard that is exposed above ground where the joint has come loose due to water pressure. The water pressure to home is just fine the glue joint was just not glued well enough to hold overtime. That being said we will need to clean in ream the pipe in the fitting and take out the excess old glue. Once the fitting and paper completely clean we can then primer the pipe and use red hot PVC glue to reconnect the joint to the pipe. I’d recommend a 4 to 6 Hour Dr. time to ensure the glue is ready for test. We will put a three month warranty on this fix. That includes parts and labor. In this case it was just labor.

Out to estimate replacement of package unit on roof. Existing 5 ton system. Recommend replacing with 4 ton system. Client express she wants basic single stage system. Gave 2 estimates. Client said bid was much higher than other.

Customer stated unit was not cooling, Verified customers concerns. Found capacitor mushroomed and out of spec. Contactor was severally burnt Replaced and system kicked right on. System was not cooling. Checked charge and system was a little low on r22. Adjusted level and added dye will return in 2 weeks to look for the leak. System is operating and cooling at this time , Client went with club membership.

Unit is operating but client had condenser about the noise it was making. Found contactor was severely burnt. Capacitor was at spec. All amp draws where within spec. Condenser coil was impacted with debris. Client went with club membership. Cleaned coil Replaced contactor

In this estimate we will be replacing the gas valve to the oven range located in the kitchen. In order to do that the gas needs to be shut off which the customer has done for us. After that I can then put on a PSI test gauge and pump up 15 pounds of pressure to make sure that there are no existing leaks in the piping system. After that is done and we know nothing is leaking we can then install new half-inch gas valve and reconnect to oven range.

This morning I went over the options for the shower hose for the customer. She is looking to get a metal hose with the same color for her showerhead in the Guest bedroom. She was also asking questions about what the plumbing inspection will entail. After speaking with her and giving her the information of our plumbing tuneup inspection she would like to have us install the new hose when we come back to do the plumbing maintenance inspection. Customer seemed happy and satisfied with the information I gave her.

After going over some options with David and his wife about the new tub shower combo they are looking for something similar to what they have David says his wife does not use shower much but they would like to get a new shower trims that due to the fact there is water coming out of the wall near tub just below the mixing valve on the left-hand side. So we discussed all the details he would like to get a new shower trim set complete with mixing valve as well as new shower walls and tub. David also has a tenants house right down the road where we gave a $10,000 bathroom remodel estimate, I made an agreement with David that I f they want to do both remodels at the same time we will discount the price of the other one. Have not Confirmed that exact discount price for the other remodel but I will talk to Scott and Tim and see what we can do as far as discounting the other property. David and his wife seem to be very happy with the knowledge I gave them and we look forward to servicing them

Performed tune up maintenance contract. Turned system on from thermostat and unit kicked right on. Started at indoor unit. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected all electrical connections. Inspected blower motor and capacitor. Motor pulling 8 amps Capacitor tested at 10 and rated at 10 Blower wheel is clean. Filter is clean Condensate is draining properly. Have a 18 degree temperature split. Unit is operating at this time. Inspected condenser. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected compressor, have a amp draw of 20 witch is within spec but a little high. Condenser fan motor pulling .55 amps. Capacitor is rated at 55/5 but only measured 51/5 and is well below spec. Replaced dual run capacitor. Compressor amps dropped to 16.9 System is operating at this time.
