Fantastic experience from beginning estimate to completion of repairs.
I was referred to Crystal blue by my best friend and he was right. It was a pleasant experience. The tech was well trained and professional. He had it working in no time and the price was reasonable. I will recommend Crystal blue to all of my friends . Thank you very much.

Customer is remodeling two guest bathrooms and requested quote to install customer supplied parts. Gave customer flat rate not to exceed quote that is good for 90 days. Customer will call to schedule an appointment.
Install a new kitchen faucet with side spray on the deck plate to allow the air gap to go back in the concrete place, install new garbage disposal and replace the master bath tub cartridge. Club membership. Tested and found no leaks.
Customer stated that water was leaking from ceiling in garage. Upon arrival found Upanor copper water supply manifold leaking from factory connections. Cold water supply manifold is currently leaking and hot water manifold has signs of past leaks with lots of corrosion. Both hot and cold water supply manifolds need to be replaced. Parts are special order from factory and will take a couple of days for delivery. Parts will not be ordered until quote is approved with deposit of 10 percent and final payment upon completion of work. Will have permit pulled for work to be performed and inspection after work is completed.
Customer has a slow draining shower, and the daughter might have got a toy stuck in the drain. Snaked the drain and pulled out hair and a hair tie, ran water for over ten minutes with no issues. Customer is provided a 3 month warranty or one free snaking of the downstairs shower drain.
Performed whole home plumbing inspection and found a leaking tub diverter in guest bathroom. In the guest bath the pop up shows signs of degradation, customer is unhappy with there touch kitchen faucet. All toilets could use a rebuild, expansion tank assembly is rusting from inside out. Customer wants to just get the expansion tank assembly replaced for now. Removed the old galvanized line and installed stainless steel assembly. Turned the water on and bled the recirculating pump, no leaks and the pump is working perfectly.
Performed furnace maintenance Lincoln. Split system attic and side yard. Went thru system and showed client how we could add zoning if they’d ever like. Found blower capacitor low. Changed capacitor. Also found Duct is kinked over rafter, need to strap duct up to avoid kink. Also found system doesn’t have a washable filter.
Returned to hydro-Jett the irrigation lines on the right hand side of the home. Ran down the line a couple times pulled dirt and debris back, tested and the lines are drain from the back of the house all the way to the front. Customer understands he chose the cheaper jetting job that doesn’t clear the line and each branch just the main line, if a back up occurs we need to do more work and will cost more. Will schedule with dispatch for the plumbing inspection because we are running short on time today.
Customer requested quotes for kitchen and bathroom remodel. Sink and water lines are being relocated. Gave customer two separate quotes for master bathroom and kitchen remodel. Customer is getting multiple quotes at this time
Customer wants estimates to clear his irrigation drain running along the right hand side of the home. Left multiple estimates on how he wants the work to be performed.
Homeowner is requesting the hot and cold water lines be separated and lowered below the insulation in the attic to help with water temperature. I am also recommending a quiet cool be put in place due to the high temperatures of the attic
Homeowners need to run a new sewer line from their house 352 ft that is partially going uphill, I have a diagram from the city that shows where they’re going to be tied into, we are going to need to do some research to put a proper estimate together. This is going to need storage tank and pumps. I am going to be talking with him on this one
Homeowners just purchased the house and they were informed the temperature relief line on the water heater cannot be ran in a flexible line and needs to be solid copper. I left a few estimates on repairs they are not ready to move forward yet.
Customer has 1/2 inch gas line in the middle of her back patio, she wants to install a jacuzzi. Disconnected the line at the meter and capped both ends, spray coated the gas line to protect from the elements. Removed the gas nipple from the half inch line sticking out of the patio, silicone sealed the hole. Turned the gas back on and tested all gas fixtures and they all work perfectly, re-lit the water and works perfectly.
One year customer service club platinum, free flapper, test product. Customer has a toilet flapper that has disintegrated and the rest of the tank could use a rebuild. Customer wants the rebuild but can’t at this time. Customer purchased platinum plan and I installed a customary flapper for no charge. Tested and the toilet is working perfectly.
Ispoke to the realtor over the phone they gave me access to the home by a lock box on the side of the home, filled out two different estimates both for replacing all hot and cold water pipes in the home one of them also includes a new water heater. We do not do drywall repair or stucco repair and we currently do not have a subcontractor that we use so the estimate I left does not include drywall or stucco repair. There is nobody at the home I was able to email the realtor the two estimates
