Met homeowners at the Lincoln Home Depot. They Inform me that no one would help them with there Swamp Cooler and them needing to replace it. I offered to come out to there home in Lincoln after I was done shopping to take a look at there needs. Upon arrival I inspected the unit and found to be rusted out and non operational. I was able to show them various options on repairs or replacement and they chose to replace due to them being Seniors and not wanting to worry about future breakdowns. They agreed to put in a new down draft Swamp Cooler. Install for this Friday 7/5/19
