Grayson is an impressive young man. His knowledge and expertise were obvious, but his attention to detail got me. What was a washer and dryer hookup turned into a new hot water heater and new water connections for the washer. Grayson worked tirelessly until the job was done. He was courteous and respectful. If I were his grandmother, I'd pinch his cheeks! I am a happy customer.

Today we did our annual plumbing inspection everything in the house is functioning properly I checked all the emergency shut off valves quarter turn valves and supply lines drain lines everything is functioning how it should be the drains looks really solid they are having for taxes of water as they’re draining the toilets have new fill valve in hallway other toilet still running fine no leaks anywhere. We also did a water heater flush for the customer. The only concern that I did have is the house water pressure is high at 79 psi I went over this with the customer the concerns that we may have with this customer is very interested in getting a PRV he asked me about pricing and was concerned that maybe he could dig up the mainline himself just outside of the home because there is no exposed mean other than in the basement which does not pick up the laundry room so the customer is digging in the yard where his main should be connected if he identifies in locates his main just outside
Today I needed to come back to a recall on a fill valve to swap out the clip from the fill tube to the flapper housing where I used a fluid master clip that kept popping off so I called the supply house gave them the serial number and model number to the toilet they recommended in aqua clip made by Kohler after installing it, I flushed the toilet many times to ensure that it will not come undone and that everything is functioning properly I also showed Mr. Jenkins the new part he seem to be Satisfied with the job performed.
Today we replaced her old water heater with a new 40 gallon slim Bradford white. We had to shut off the water supply to the entire house and then disconnect the water supply lines to the water heater also shut off the gas valve and remove the old tank once the old tank was removed we then had to reassemble the gas line to bring it up to code with a dirt leg then we also had to rebuild a TMP drain line as well as a PVC drip line from the panel. The panel was installed with new earthquake straps the gas line was reassembled we put two new supply lines on the hot and cold supply of the water heater as well as an expansion tank to bring the water heater up to code. We also installed a washing machine box by cutting a hole just behind the washing machine installing The box with 2/4 turn shut off valves one hot one cold and reconnected the supply lines to the washing machine to the box customer seem to be very happy and satisfied with the job performed. Performed tune up maintenance contract. Turned system on from thermostat and unit kicked right on. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation Unit is leaking water into the blower compartment and out of the doors, Blower compartment is covered in mold and debris. Blower wheel is caked in dirt and debris. Inspected all electrical connections. Circuit board is burnt and a relay had been put in place of that Burt function this is a temporary fix not a permanent one and should be addressed. Inspected blower motor and capacitor. Capacitor is within spec. Motor pulling 2 amps Filter is clean Condensate is disconnected. Need to be addressed. Do not have a proper temperature split. Unit is barley cooling the home, Evap coil is impacted with debris. Inspected condenser. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Condenser coil is completely impacted with debris. Inspected compressor, have a amp draw of 16.3 amps Condenser fan motor pulling higher than spec. Capacitor
Upon arrival customer stated he would like an estimate to install a gas valve for a future propane generator estimates are attached in email
Today we came out to help the customer with an issue of the sound of running water in her home. This sound is located in the downstairs bathroom in in in near the shower. I took apart the shower handle to look inside the wall in the drywall in frame are completely dry so is the pipe but the sound increases as I took a shower handle off the mixing valve is making a lot of noise which tells me water is running through the mixing valve we could also see water running through the meter so we know somethings leaking on the house because all the fixtures are shut off. I gave the customer the number to a leak detection company locally they should be out Thursday to identify the week for her customer will call us back if she wants us to do the repair. She also signed up for a membership today and I gave her a zero charge service of swapping out her washing machine hoses.Customer seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed we look forward to servicing them in the future.
Today the customer was having trouble with the drainage on the tub and shower combo in the hallway bathroom. I was able to send a tub and overflow cable machine through the overflow By removing the overflow And operating the machine downward through the sewer pipe. I was able to go through the secondary branch line and into the main where I could feel my cable pushing through a clog when the cable line was returned it had a big ball of hair on it which we took pictures of. After removing the big ball of hair I then sent the cable machine down to its maximum distance around 65 feet. Once that is complete and then ran system test the tub was draining much better than before we started it also had a vortex in the water as the water was draining down through the sewer pipe. Customer seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed.

Customer stated furnace breaker was tripping, Went over furnace. Had a 7 amp draw from the motor that was within spec. Capacitor is within spec. No burning n circuit board or relays Inspected condenser. Found wire from contactor to capacitor common burnt. Suggest replacement of the wire, capacitor and contactor, Home owner approved repairs. System is operating at this time. Condenser amps are all within spec.
Replaced customers supplied belt on swamp cooler. Cooler is operating and clean at this time
Replaced condenser fan motor per contract. Tested system System is operating at this time. Collected remaining balance of $421.86
