Performed ac diagnostic, system working at this time. Wasnâ€™t working last week, checked dual capacitor ok. Contactor working at this time. Unit cycling on and off on its own. Outside condenser coils dirty, gave unit a bath. Tested refrigerant pressures ok. Need to check filter attic. Changed 4 in filter in attic. Tight fit. 20-25-4... let system run to see if it would do anything different ran just fine for me today. They said couldnâ€™t get from zone to work. Working now. 3 zone system working ok at this time. No amps installed. Temp hits then purge cycle then back on again system running at this time. If problem consists will need to be here while itâ€™s happening to determine cause Resigning back up on membership, maintenance includes ac tune ups, furnace tune ups, and plumbing inspection with tankless water heater flush.

Performed swamp cooler diagnostic loomis. Found float to high and water overflowing unit left side. Adjusted float, drained unit, tested system. System not leaking as bad. Still a drop here and there. Pads donâ€™t cover opening fully. Belt looks ok. Unit operational at this time. Top of the unit is level, bottom leans to the left upper corner, thatâ€™s where itâ€™s leaking from. System getting older, starting to rust in many places, float adjustment only temporary fix, either going to need to rebuild unit, or eventually will want to think about replacement.
Went over options over the phone for his install of 2 x split systems with xl16 units outside furnaces and coils in attic with new plenums. cash price 21500 due at completion of job.
Performed ac diagnostic, found system off with fan on. Turned system on and fan to auto. Tested system on roof all 3 capacitors in range and working, Contactor working. Ran system to see if cooling. Cooling well, 20 degree temp split. Turned thermostat down to 80, and switched fan to auto from on. Due to age of equipment, might want to look into replacement options.
Customer has a shower valve that is not mixing hot and cold water like it is supposed to, I recommend a new shower cartridge considering it is 20 years old. Customer agreed and we will order the cartridge and contact the customer when we can return and install the new cartridge.

Performed ac diagnostic master bedroom unit, found seized outdoor fan motor. Installed a new condenser fan motor, tested system. System cooling at this time.
Came out for diagnostic in Loomis. Unit is a rooftop Goodman package unit. Checked all around unit and looks okay no damage to unit. Tested unit before diagnostic to ensure unit was running. Checked all electrical and is okay. Found that unit has extremely low refrigerant levels and that is why it is not cooling well.
Loomis California performed AC diagnostic found compressor with tripped main breaker found electrical wiring at main breaker loose tightened electrical wiring at breaker inspected rest of system found electrical tight at service disconnect, found electrical connections tight inside of unit, performed electrical test on unit found electrical test to be showing a caution which is indicate a possible short. tested compressor independently found compressor windings causing issue in conjunction with loose electrical wiring caused the breaker to trip. Compressor issue will most likely cause compressor to burn out completely recommend replacement of system customers doing a remodel towards the end of the year will most likely have the systems replaced then. Will need to perform AC maintenances within 2 to 3 weeks per agreement with customer
Came out for diagnostic, tech couldnâ€™t diagnose where issue is as to why unit isnâ€™t turning on. Checked all electrical connections and tested for proper voltage from disconnect. Has 240v at contactor and contactor is working properly. Checked capacitor and is in range so that isnâ€™t the issue. Thermostat is working properly. Will send out a Senior Tech tomorrow Wednesday 05/27 between 12-4pm. Will collect for diagnostic when senior tech finds issue.
Customer has a leak at the drain down spout of the water heater, he hand tightened a cap but it is still leaking. Customer denied any work at this time and wants a recommendation so that he can have his home warranty change out the water heater. The water heater is over 20 years old and severely not up to code, the damage the water has done to the very minimal stand is alarming. In my recommendation the water heater needs to be replaced before it causes serious damage to the home. Provided estimates to the customer and emailed my recommendation as well.
Customer has a garbage disposal that does not work and a Fossett that has a tendency of turning itself back on due to a broken cartridge and broken handle. The customer wants to call her home warranty and see if they will reimburse her for the work. She will call the office to reschedule.
