Today the customer was having trouble with the drainage on the tub and shower combo in the hallway bathroom. I was able to send a tub and overflow cable machine through the overflow By removing the overflow And operating the machine downward through the sewer pipe. I was able to go through the secondary branch line and into the main where I could feel my cable pushing through a clog when the cable line was returned it had a big ball of hair on it which we took pictures of. After removing the big ball of hair I then sent the cable machine down to its maximum distance around 65 feet. Once that is complete and then ran system test the tub was draining much better than before we started it also had a vortex in the water as the water was draining down through the sewer pipe. Customer seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed.
