Out to address client concerns. Found previous tech hadn’t changed the direction of the motor. Changed the directional plugs, Also zip tied the multi directional Fan plugs to unit top for cleaner install. Tested system first video shows unit blowing air out condenser coils, second shows it out the top.

This estimate is to open wall in attempt to find leak we will place sheet rock back with no tape or texture. After opening wall the wall is dry there’s no sign of any water recommended getting a leak locater out here to pinpoint the leak at that point we could give an estimate for rerouting We will set appointment with on the spot leak location for 9/21

Performed ac diagnostic, found unit in off position had client turn on unit. Unit cycled on, turned off unit at disconnect. Tested dual capacitor and blower capacitor. Let system run 30 min and fan just started slowing down and stopped. Needs new outdoor fan motor, 1/4 horse 1100rpm 240v. Scheduling to come out to tomorrow. Whenever we can squeeze it in, client prepaid.

Mainline rebuild just outside of home. In this estimate we will need to shut off the power to the well house in order to cut into the piping system. The pipe coming from the well is a 1 inch pipe so we are going to need a 1 inch ball valve Sweat by sweat. Along with a few 1 inch copper 90s, and a new three-quarter inch hose bib at customers request. After reconnecting the pipe and soldering everything together we will then turn the well house back on and do a full system test for any leaks. Our parts and labor and will be warranty for three months.

Today we are giving the customer a free estimate he has decided instead of paying for the overtime he would like for us to reschedule and come back with the parts ready and this will save him money so that he’s not charge the overtime rate. We discussed the options for how to fix the mainline water supply going into the home he has agreed on the estimate that is $524 with no membership he just got in tune with an HVAC company so he’s not interested in the membership as of right now. But the customer does seem to be happy and satisfied with the information that I gave him. he is going to have us reschedule so I can come back at later date to do the work.

After doing the plumbing inspection everything in the home seems to be working and functioning properly I did fix a leak underneath the master bathroom sink. And I did notice that the garbage disposal on the left-hand side of kitchen sink has been cracked down the middle and leaking. I let the customer know we are also going to leave her an estimate to change the garbage disposal. She said she may have her neighbor do it for her. Customer seems to be happy and satisfied with the job performed.

Client had a electrician come out and replace the breaker and disconnect. System had proper power going to it, but from the fuses being bypassed before it sent to much current to the capacitor, contacter and hard start kit. Not allowing the system to start. Could bump the contacter and it would try to start up but from the other start assist devices being out it could not start fully. Replaced the contacter, capacitor and hard start kit. System fired right up and is cooling at this time. Unit is a 25 year old day and night. 17 degree temperature split system is operating at this time.

Performed diagnostic is Newcastle. Unit is a Amana package unit on roof. Unit is not making sounds at this time. Have strong belief that condenser fan motor is seizing up after running for long periods of time. Has signs of excessive heat. Service disconnect has been bypassed and disconnect does not work properly. Wires are tied together in disconnect box. Talked with homeowner about replacement and proper installation. Fan motor is going bad and seizing as it gets hot.

Performed diagnostic in NewCastle. Furnace is blowing air but not cooling. Condenser has no power to unit. Disconnect is melted at top and wired incorrectly. Fuses in disconnect have been bypassed by someone else. Breaker panel I’m only getting 77.4 volts across the breaker itself. Then I’m only getting 25volts from one leg on breaker to ground. Breaker is bad and not sending correct power to disconnect. I recommend replacing the Breaker with a brand new one, replacing melted disconnect for outdoor unit, replacing out of range Dual capacitor, replacing bad hard start kit, and replacing contactor. All of this was damaged by a power surge to the unit. I Highly recommend to replace all electrical components in unit.

Technicians Taylor and Ben arrived on scene to investigate reports of a possible toilet blockage. client explained that Ashley leaned forward to flush the toilet her glasses fell into the toilet and flush down. Cline is worried that the glasses are caught inside the plumbing system and might cause a future backup. this all occurred at the same toilet that we just recently installed for them. Technician was able to access clean out on side of house. technicians were able to test system by flushing toilet paper down toilet and were able to see it clearly come out through the clean out. Technicians believe the glass is made all the way out of the plumbing system under the home but may possibly be caught inside the main line that runs to the house. tenant lives in a mobile home and is only responsible for the plumbing mounted underneath. Client stated they would call back if they had any other plumbing issues otherwise technicians believed that there is no current blockages.

Technician arrived to perform annual maintenance inspection. technician met with client to speak about any possible concerns client had clients stated that he had none that he was aware of. Technician began by flushing water heater which is a 40 gallon electric rheem. Technician inspected downstairs kitchen sink which we repaired recently and is working properly. Client had a full copper re-pipe performed approximately 10 years ago. Technician found the bathroom sink downstairs had some small blockage at the pop of assembly which he cleared. Technician also cleaned out the aerator at the downstairs sink to provide a better flow. Technician inspected bathroom upstairs where he found the dual vanity sinks to be working properly but both pop assemblies to not function. Technician will provide proposals for replacement. Technician found both toilets in the home to be working properly all shut offs and hose bibs to be working and in order. Technician check ed water pressure which was sittin

Performed a.c maintenance in NewCastle. Unit is a Nordyne Package unit on side of house. Unit is dirty on outside and will wipe down and clean off. Plenums are sealed to unit and no signs of air leaking out of plenums. Safety disconnect is in a easily accessible location to the side of unit. Checked all electrical connections and are okay no loose or damaged wiring. Checked contactor and is working properly. Checked circuit board for any burnt connections and is okay and not damaged. Checked reading of Dual capacitor and is rated for 30/7.5 +-5% and I’m showing 36.46/7.4 the compressor side of capacitor is out of range more than the manufacturers 5% recommended out of range readings. Washed down unit and cleaned. Checked refrigerant pressures for R410A system and I’m showing 123psi Lowside and 275.9psi Highside and is in range and cooling efficiently.
