Consists of removing all old duct work from under neath house and replacing with R-8 insulated and sealed ducts. This will greatly improve your heating and air units efficiency as the unit will now only be blowing the air into the house warming/cooling it. 2 sections of ductwork will need to be fully replaced, taped, and sealed with duct sealant properly to ensure that no air is leaking out of ducts besides into home. *update* replaced both 12†supply ducts with new sealed R8 insulated ducts. Sealed around start collars to ensure ducts are sealed. all ductwork off of ground so moisture/dirt do not corrode new ducts.
