Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a hose leaking in the backyard. Technician recommended that the the best option would be to open the wall on the opposite side and install a new hose bib. Client stated they just sold the home and are looking for a quick fix. Technician will supply proposals Technician will access 1/2-in waterline under home. Technician will cut out existing branch for hose bib and cap. Tech accessed pipe under home and performed repair. Tech turned water back on to home and tested to ensure no leaks. Tech informed client of findings and repair and answered clients questions. Tech cleaned work area of all trash and debris and pulled off.
