Great Service

My service call was a very dirty job. Crawling under the house in dirty, and hot environment. Jeremy and his assistant did not complain and in a shorter time than expected they were finished. Wonderful job with excellence results.

In this estimate we will need to open up the clean out located in the backyard we will start with Hydro jetting towards the guest house which will be approximately 40 to 50 feet for the mainline. We can determine the distance by sending a camera down to ensure that we descaled the entire main going towards the guest house from the clean out. Once that is done we can then Hydro jet towards the main house on the other side of the clean out. This run should be about 80 feet to the main house everything under the main house has already been cabled and cameras by another company so we are only Hydro jetting to the main house not underneath or to the front yard. After we are done hydrogen we will then run the camera and show the customer exactly what they have in their pipes. After going over these options with the customer she seem to be happy and satisfied with the information I gave her. We look forward to servicing them in the future.

In this estimate we will be adding earthquake straps and a 20 inch heater pan to the water heater in an outdoor closet. In order to do this will need to shut off the cold supply to the water heater shut the water heater off disconnect the gas as well as shutting the gas valve off. Once that is complete we can then install the pan and earthquake straps. The pan will need to have a three-quarter inch drip line that 90 down to the concrete ground. We will also need to reassemble the gas line put a 90 going down with a T and dirt leg to bring the gas line up to code. We will installed new gas flex and gas shut off valve. Also the water heater is going to need a three-quarter inch brass assembly for an expansion tank. As well as a T&P drain line. After putting the water heater back up plan and scan I was then able to fire up the water heater no problem the water heater seems to be functioning properly customer is very happy and satisfied with the job performed.

Customers is looking to remodel the guest bathroom almost completely. As well as getting some of the shower trim in the master bathroom fixed. Along with fixing a leaking hose bib in the backyard and two new toilets to be replaced and sat with new wax rings. The guest bathroom has a cast-iron tub which will be pretty difficult to remove but we can remove and dispose of it for the customer. Look in the estimate summaries for more descriptions. There are two estimates being sent. The first estimate does not include the master bathroom drain fixed. The second estimate does include fixing that drain along with replacing shower pan and walls. In the second estimate the pan and shower walls need to be replaced in order to fix the shower drain. this estimate may be adjusted depending on if we can find the right size shower pan and walls. So the second estimate is not set in stone please call for more details. Tech will need a week or two notice prior to job to order and get parts. May ta

Performed a.c maintenance in Orangevale. Unit is a Amana Condenser on side of house. Condensing coils are clean and have minimal dust and buildup on them. Homeowner stated that condenser fan seems to shake sometimes, I inspected the fan motor and blade and cannot re create the situation. Also interested in a condenser fan cover to keep dirt out of unit. Checked all electrical connections inside unit and are okay and no signs of any loose wiring or damaged connections. No fault codes on board. Checked contactor and is working properly no issues there. Checked capacitor which is rated for 45/5+-6% and I’m showing 48/4.78uf and is okay and operating properly. Lastly checked refrigerant pressures for a R410A system and I’m showing 132psi Lowside and 314psi Highside and is cooling well and efficiently.

Removal of old attic fan, and replacement of fan. Getting power to unit. Current unit doesn’t have high voltage. Also adding a gable Vent on the end gable. This would need to be wired up with high voltage and run across attic. Installed new units tested Operation of fans operating properly no problems

Out to look at a exsisting attic roof exhaust fan. Fan is missing its top. Doesn’t work. No model or serial visible. Unit is wired up into a junction box, next bay over. No power at junction box. Package unit right next to unit has wasps. Options would be for removal and replacement. And re wiring unit. The unit we would be replacing with would be a quitecool.

Customer has a tankless water heater that he wants to utilized the Recirculation pump inside the unit, returned to install the Recirculation loop. Crawled underneath the home and attached a 3/4 pex line from the tankless to two bathrooms, and one laundry room. Bled the system of air an changed the dip switches and three way valve inside the tankless unit. Turned the unit on and the Recirculation loop is working perfectly, went inside the home and tested the fixtures and they are getting hot water within a couple of seconds.

Returned to perform work that was agreed upon last visit, turned the water off to the faucet. Removed the two parts to the old faucet, installed the new sink hole cover. Installed the new customer supplied faucet, turned the water on with no leaks. The only issue with the install is there is not enough room underneath the kitchen sink for the sprayer weight to move around freely, discussed with the customer and they were ok with the length they get. Removed the old garbage disposal hose, installed a new hose with a 90 degree copper fitting to avoid kinking the line. Ran the dishwasher and it was draining perfectly without shooting out of the air gap.
