Returned to make the water line repairs, used the jackhammer to chip off the asphalt in the way of the leaking water line. Dug around the line to make repairs, installed a slip coupling and coupling. I let the line set for about 20 minutes and turned the water on with no leaks, buried the line and poured concrete where there used to be asphalt. I left the customer know he can turn the water on but to let it set for as long as he can. I also checked the water pressure at the home and its at 90psi which is over the safe level of water line pressure.
