Customer has a clogged storm drain, ran snake down the sewer line and hit a solid object. For about 45 minutes i tried two different snakes with different heads and power with no resolution. Customer agreed with locating the issue, they recently had new construction and want to see if the other company will cover the issue. Ran the camera down the line and used the locator to find where the issue is and marked the area for digging. Customer will contact us if they need us to repair the sewer line.
