Upon arrival the notes stated they needed a closet auger due to backed up toilet. After inspection the fill valve no longer functioning as it should. Intermittently filling the tank causing a weak flush due to not enough water in the tank. Gave estimate to do a new fill valve and flapper. I Draied toilet tank down. Replace the fill valve and the flapper. Tightened the toilet handle. I cleaned my working space and test flushed several times. No leaks or faults at this time.
