Performed tune up Per maintenance contract. Turned system on from thermostat and unit kicked right on. Started at indoor unit. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected all electrical connections. Inspected blower motor and capacitor. Motor pulling 6.8 amps Capacitor rated at 5 tested at 5 within spec Blower wheel is clean. Filter is dirty replaced with customer supplied one. Condensate is draining properly. Have a 18 degree temperature split. Unit is operating at this time. Inspected condenser. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Contactor is heavily burnt in pitted. Suggest replacing. Compressor is taking longer than it should to come on would like to install a hard start kit to aid in starting Inspected compressor, have a amp draw of 11.5 Condenser fan motor pulling 1.13 Capacitor is 40/5 tested at 39.89/5 within spec. Customer approved hard start kit and contactor System is operating at this time.
