Performed tune up per maintenance contract. Turned system on from thermostat and unit kicked right on. Started at indoor unit. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected all electrical connections. Inspected blower motor and capacitor. Capacitor rated at 10 tested at 10 within spec. Motor pulling 4.5 amps Blower wheel is clean. Filter is dirty replaced with customer supplied one. Condensate is draining properly. Have a 18 degree temperature split. Unit is operating at this time. Inspected condenser. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Contactor was heavily pitted and burnt. Inspected compressor, have a amp draw of 9.3 Condenser fan motor pulling .51 Capacitor is a 35/5/measured 35/5 and is within spec Customer approved replacement on contactor System is operating at this time.
