Upon arrival customer stated they wanted the drain pipes under the sink replaced after inspection found black sealant on all joints attached is an estimate to replace drain piping under sink. Replace P-trap and continuous waste under kitchen sink This estimate is to replace the P-trap in continuous waste underneath kitchen sink the P-trap is tubular brass and has black sealant on the joints. We will cut ABS where it comes out of the wall and replace with new ABS P-trap , tee and 90 to connect the double compartment sink. We will connect to tail pieces on bottom of straighter’s with new trap adapters. we will test one completed.
Disconnect in assembly underneath sink Drain water from system as much as possible Cable snake drain line to partially establish water flow Additional cable snake to maximize drain clog clearing Electronic video scan to confirm drain line clear and operational NO WARRANTY due to condition of inside of high electron in t video scan revealed high levels of buildup and corrosion kitchen sink shower drain verbally quoted for approximately $3500-$6,500
Performed furnace diagnostic, found system not working found 3 error codes, see video. Then went thru and tested all wiring to verify unit ok. All wiring ok. Went thru and tested system. System running good at this time. Not sure what caused unit to turn off, but unit running for now, all wiring ok, all safety switches ok.
Performed Diagnostic on newly installed system. Found nest tstat saying system is running, fan running no heat. Found unit in attic gas valve in off position. Turned on and tested system. Let system run. Burnt off dust in system. Tested system multiple times on and off, system cycling ok at this time. House 59 degrees, trying to heat to 70. And system is running on departure.

Duct test past, had to charge system to manufacture specifications for refrigerant test to pass (passed) Cal Certs down cannot print paperwork duct test company will email paperwork. will need to send results to customer either email form and have them print or print and send to customer for city inspection.
