Mike was friendly and patient while showing me how to use my new product.
Tyler did a great job
Besides being pushy about getting paid right after installation the same day was not sitting well with me. After installation it needed to be fine tuned. I left messages afterwards about the situation with Mike, he told me that he would get right on the issue on hand. Did not hear from anyone for at least a month or more and by this time I’m upset about the way they were taking care of me. So I called again, and this time they sent Scott over right away. Scott is the man, he took care of everything that needed to get done right away with no hesitation what so ever and was very upfront with me and one hell of a nice guy. I wasn’t too happy with the company and I would not recommend them until I met Scott. He made things right and put a smile back on my face. He knows what he needs to do and gets it done while answering any questions that I had for him, explains things very clearly to me. Scott is the one that made me change my mind about recommending this company to anyone. Thanks Scott for making me believe in you and the company you stand for, I couldn’t be any happier and Satisfied with the work now. Scott should be head of customer service at all times! He is the one that could bring the company above the rest! Anytime I need service I always ask too send Scott out now and no one else. Thank you! CJ 😎

Performed annual ac maintenance, signed back up on the yearly maintenance plan. Filter 20-24-1 ok shape. Ran system, system operational at this time. Gave condenser a good bath. Checked system refrigerant charge ok at this time. Capacitor ok. Client said hey might have something in attic, little critter. System older but running good for now. Ducts older flex, some of the air flow is varies. Will need to keep an eye on it. Resigning for another year.
Performed ac diagnostic unit is low on refrigerant, per pressures. Opened up wall hydronics unit and found oil staining on side of evaporator coil. With everything off heard refrigerant leaking. See pictures. Need to replace coil. Emailed options to manager. Talked to maintenance man.
Coils are extremely full of debris and dirt. Cleaned with coil cleaner. Tested system before maintenance to ensure all is working. Checked all electrical connections and are okay. Checked capacitor and is in range 7.9uf (7.5uf capacitor). Tested refrigerant levels and are showing 58psi LS and 174psi HS. Changed filter inside for homeowner. Did not want to renew membership at this time. Clean coils with heavy duty cleaner safe for condenser. This will improve the efficiency of the unit greatly. Cleaning coils provides better airflow to Cooling coils to ensure that unit can release the heat it’s pulling from house. Not cleaning coils regularly can cause unit to overheat by working too hard to cool down refrigerant.

Checked all electrical connections and showing no signs of burnt wires or corroded terminals. Checked capacitor and is in range 47uf/10.1uf and is okay. Cleaned out electrical compartment and removed dust and spider webs. Condensate is draining properly with no clogs and is draining into gutter. Gas line is hooked up properly.
