Besides being pushy about getting paid right after installation the same day was not sitting well with me. After installation it needed to be fine tuned. I left messages afterwards about the situation with Mike, he told me that he would get right on the issue on hand. Did not hear from anyone for at least a month or more and by this time I’m upset about the way they were taking care of me. So I called again, and this time they sent Scott over right away. Scott is the man, he took care of everything that needed to get done right away with no hesitation what so ever and was very upfront with me and one hell of a nice guy. I wasn’t too happy with the company and I would not recommend them until I met Scott. He made things right and put a smile back on my face. He knows what he needs to do and gets it done while answering any questions that I had for him, explains things very clearly to me. Scott is the one that made me change my mind about recommending this company to anyone. Thanks Scott for making me believe in you and the company you stand for, I couldn’t be any happier and Satisfied with the work now. Scott should be head of customer service at all times! He is the one that could bring the company above the rest! Anytime I need service I always ask too send Scott out now and no one else. Thank you! CJ 😎

Great presentation, lots of information. The presentation for new venting was not totally explained, however, when I read the "invoice proposal" I recognized direct vent. Direct vent was never mentioned.
Attention to detail was awesome. Finished results better than I could imagine. THANKS

Apartment 27 tenant stated they have a leak in drywall from tub above. The drywall opened when onsite and visually inspected for signs of leak. We do not have access to above tub to do testing with running water and checking for leaks and checking the caulking around tub. Customer will reschedule when the tenants are no longer sick.
Upon arrival the maintenance man said that water had been leaking down onto the drywall below where the waste and over flow are located at. He had cut the drywall out. I Filled the tub and ran for several moments while observing the waste and overflow without any signs of leaks. I filled the tub up and dropped the water under pressure and there is still no leak. I forced water through the overflow and no leaks. After visually inspecting the upstairs unit in #30 the wall around the tub has caulking missing in several places. Removed old caulking and re caulked the front side of tub.
Cycled system heater number 3. on, can’t get it to duplicate sound. Watched video of sound it was very loud. System working for now. Checked fan motor not hot to the touch, fan blades have clearance. System running ok at this time. With system off checked fan blade ok at this time, motor now warm/hot to touch... thinking it’s the fan and motor making the noise. Not going to charge anything at this time. If it happens again call in and we can order a new fan motor.
Quotes are for removing the existing gas ac, and switching To a conventional ac, would need to run new line-set under home. New coil and condenser. The condenser would be placed on a pad. New disconnect and power whip. New drain line exiting the coil and out from under the house.
Customer has a bathroom that they have gutted and they want an estimate to remodel the bathroom. I provided the estimate for the plumbing and sheetrock, all carpentry work would have to be bid out to another company.
Customer has had water damage in the shower that Brandon worked on, upon diagnosis I can not see any water damage coming down into the walls. The customer stated it was more around the shower head, I recommend that they tighten the shower arm down. When I grabbed the shower arm it moved pretty easy with my hand, recommend tightening that down when they install the new walls.
Performed furnace diagnostic found bad primary control board. Scheduled Replacement of primary control board tomorrow 10-12. Will call when on way.
