Coils are extremely full of debris and dirt. Cleaned with coil cleaner. Tested system before maintenance to ensure all is working. Checked all electrical connections and are okay. Checked capacitor and is in range 7.9uf (7.5uf capacitor). Tested refrigerant levels and are showing 58psi LS and 174psi HS. Changed filter inside for homeowner. Did not want to renew membership at this time. Clean coils with heavy duty cleaner safe for condenser. This will improve the efficiency of the unit greatly. Cleaning coils provides better airflow to Cooling coils to ensure that unit can release the heat it’s pulling from house. Not cleaning coils regularly can cause unit to overheat by working too hard to cool down refrigerant.
