Today we did our annual plumbing inspection. Tested the house water pressure check the water heater ran a water heater flush as a yearly maintenance routine also check the drain systems in the home emergency shut off valves and etc. Everything in the home is functioning properly the drain pipes are draining water well the toilets are flushing well the only issues that I came up with was a leaking faucet in the laundry room it’s a single handle kitchen style Faucet. So customer is aware that that handle has a leak above the sink. It is not causing any damage to the home but I did advise her of the possibilities if it were to get worse to check for leaks underneath the cabinet sink. I also noticed in the master bathroom the toilet has a crack in it on the Internet for as well as on the bottom of the bowl on the exterior side. We will leave her estimate for a new faucet and new toilets. Customer seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed.
