Customer has blue water coming out from the bottom of the toilet, removed the flange repair chance did. Installed extra thick wax ring and an added no horn ring, set the toilet with two shims cause it rocked. Note there were no shims installed previously, flushed multiple times with no issues and the toilet does not move at all. Silicone the bottom and continuously flushed the toilet and could not get any water to come out.
