Customer has a toilet in a commercial business that was changed out by a previous plumber and it started leaking from underneath the toilet. Upon diagnosis determined it is the wrong toilet for commercial, all commercial businesses need to have ADA standard toilets. Further diagnosis also revealed that the toilet was rocking and not installed correctly. Returned with an ADA standard elongated toilet with commercial open ended seat cover, removed the old toilet. Installed the new toilet with shims and silicone on the bottom of the toilet. Turned the water on with no leaks, toilets works perfectly and does not rock at all.
