Customer has a toilet that seems to have a sewer smell occasionally, upon inspection everything seems to be working as intended. No leaks from the bottom of the toilet, the only thing is that there is no silicone on the bottom of the toilet. The customer is going to seal the bottom himself, took pictures of his tanked water heater for future reference when we install a tankless.

Upon arrival I met with Jason the realtor. From the inspection report I received I went through and let Jason know what was recommended. The water pressure on the report stated the pressure was 80psi, and I checked every hose bib at 55psi. The water heater is located inside the home located to the back of the house, and is out of code. I let Jason know that bare minimum to bring it to code we would need to intstall an expansion tank, build a gas dirt leg with gas valve, and we would need to route the current T&P to to the exterior of the home with grade. Also the accordian style p-trap under the bathroom sink located next to the laundry room is not code, and replacement was recommended. I showed Jason the psi on my gauge of 55, and show him where the water meter is located at the home in the back yard. They would like repair and replacement options. I wrote several options for both replacing the water heater which is recommend, or repair option to bring the 10 year old water heater up

Customer has purchased a shower head and wants us to remove the old one and install the new one. Presented the estimate and the customer agreed with the work, upon removing the old shower head the end ball would not come off. I removed the nipple and used my torch to get the seal to separate, I noticed the ball end was soldered on to the nipple. I presented this to the customer and discussed that the work got more extensive and the customer agreed with the new estimate to stall a new nipple arm and the shower head. Returned with the parts and installed the new nipple arm and installed the shower head, when i turned it on there is a pressure leak out of the hose connection to the nipple arm connection. The water comes out when turned on or off but while it is running it does not leak, the customer was ok with this.
