Let me tell you, it’s tough to find people with work ethic and integrity these days, but Jeremy and Keaton are true exceptions. They got us out of a tough jam with knowledge, skill and grit. Well done!
We are facing a complete bust-out of the slab in our master bathroom, Jeremy assured me that there are other options to try first. I am very confident in his abilities.
God job but what I considered a premium price, although the price was a little lower than an other pluming company I checked with

The customer has a galvanized piping system that she would like replaced. As well as replacing her tank water heater with a tankless heater. This would be a full freshwater replace all the way to the angle stops to the mixing valves. So we will be doing a rough plumbing top out and finish work with the freshwater system. We would relocate and resize a gas line for the new outdoor tankless unit. We would relocate the gas line using our mega press.I think this job would take 4 to 5 days total. That’s including removing and disposing of all galvanized pipe. You can see estimate for more details.

Drain line runs off roof ok. Refrigerant pressures with r22 ok 61/190.... could stand to be a little higher, but cooling at this time. So we will keep an eye on it. Some rooms have better airflow than others. Replaced capacitor and tested system, system cooling at this time.
Returned to install sump pump underneath trampoline in the backyard, and run the electrical through conduit about 60 feet to the receptacle. Cleared the pit underneath the trampoline to get the pump deep enough and angled the pipe up at low height with a check valve installed, and the line goes to a yard drain. Ran the electrical through about 60 feet of conduit in the already dug up ditch, spliced the cord and the pump together and wrapped any line that was exposed. Plugged the pump in and it started pumping the water out of the pit, clogged the yard drain because they will be fixing that drain. One year parts and labor warranty on pump and electrical line.

Customer has a Navien 240A installed a couple weeks ago and ever since it works occasionally and will kick out an E003 code which is failed ignition. Called Navien for the RO code to cover labor costs of diagnosing the unit but they don’t have one for me. Presented and explained the diagnose fee to the customer and rightly so he denied paying anything on a unit that’s under warranty and is two weeks old. The customer called Navien and will get a response from a manager concerning the unit and our labor fee. Job needs to be rescheduled for next week
Customer is stating that the sewer line backed up when running the washer machine again, upon inspection the sewer line is flowing. I had the customer flush toilets an run a sink, waited about ten minutes with no issues and the sewer line did not back up. I recommend a video inspection of the sewer line to determine any issues but the customer declined. I believe there is a clog in the city main and at night when people are using there sewer it backs up into the customers cleanout. If the problem continues I highly recommend running a camera down the sewer line, running a snake wont solve the problem cause there is another underlining issue.
