Good Job Keaton

During the height of the summer my air conditioner malfunctioned. Crystal Blue responded promptly and sent a very nice tech to work on my problem. It was resolved quickly, I was confident in the tech's ability to fix the problem and we are now enjoying air conditioning again. Although my unit is old, I feel I am equipped with info to get another year or two use.

Performed tune up maintenance contract. Turned system on from thermostat and unit kicked right on. Started at indoor unit. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected all electrical connections. Inspected blower motor and capacitor. Motor pulling 5.8 amps Blower wheel is clean. Filter is clean Condensate is draining properly. Have a 16 degree temperature split. Unit is operating at this time. Inspected condenser. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected compressor, have a amp draw of 12.69 Condenser fan motor pulling .78 Capacitor tested within spec, Contactor is heavily pitted and burnt, Your contactor is the gate way of power to your unit, When they start to burn like this a high amount of resistance is caused, witch gives a improper amount Of power to both of the motors at your unit. I highly suggest that the contactor be replacing to ensure a long life of the unit. System is operating at this time.

Client stated fan blade ripped off. Verified customer’s concerns. Found one blade on fan to be torn in half. This unit and company is not longer in business so parts are hard to find. Client also stated before this happened the unit would only get down to the low 80s in the home on a hot day, R22 system. The replacement of the fan would only give me the ability to get the unit running and test to see if there are any other issues with the system. Pulled power so no further damage can happen. Having our comfort advisor come out today to go over replacing the system as a hole Fan replacement with labor would be $350 Paid $89 for diag. System is not operating at this time

Clear kitchen sink clog In this estimate we will need to access the clean out for the kitchen sink if we are unable to access the clean out there will be an additional charge to disassemble the waste line and waste arm underneath the sink to insert a cable down the waste pipe. Once we have disconnected the waste we can then start to send a cable down depending on where the sewer main is we will cable down the branch arm and see if we can catch the clog within the branch arm. After sending the cable down I could feel a clog and had to fight through it push the cable machine to the end of the cable which is roughly 50 feet. Then I ran water for over 10 minutes to ensure that we pushed through the clock and cleared the line. Customer is very happy and satisfied with the job Performed.

Customer is looking to add a gas line to the property for a heating unit or a swimming pool. The dynamics on the swimming pool says we could run a three-quarter inch line within 50 feet this rain is going to be 40 feet of black steel wear it well then go underground in transition to poly pipe and we will have an 85 foot poly run. The specs for the heater on the swimming for 120,000 BTU. This means we are going to run a 1 inch gas line from the manifold in the attic to the heating unit itself. If for some reason the house is running on too many BTUs to use the manifold we can then Run a dedicated line off the meter which would be about 45 feet of black steel before transitioning to poly.

In this estimate we will need to use special tile cutting bits to drill holes for mollies and screws to install grab bars one in each shower. Also the customer has a delta showerhead that needs to be installed. Then we will need to get an inch and a half hose connection for sub pump down below house.
