Customer has a beauty school and the left side toilet in the women’s bathroom is clogged, no other toilets or drains are having any issues at this time. Approved the work through William the owner, augered the toilet clearing the line and it had what looks to be personal wipes that where clogging the toilet. I informed the lady at the desk of what i found and she will let her girls know that they do not put personal hygiene items down the toilets. Took video footage of the toilet flushing properly and there are no more issues at this time. Called the customer for payment and he was unavailable and let a message to call the office and make the payment for the work completed.
