Upon arrival customer master bath faucet is leaking from base of handle and the cold angle stop underneath does not shut off. After removal of handle to inspect cartridge the whole assembly is in bad shape and rusted. A new widespread faucet with new angle stops are recommended. Also customer has an electric water heater that is functioning as it should but would like to have an estimate on. Gave option to replace the diverter spout that is no longer working as it should in the brushed nickel option. Gave an option to replace the wide spread faucet and and stops. Customer declined at this time. Emailed customer estimates and photos.
