Customer had us out to check the duct work under the home and we found what seemed to be poorly installed ABS sewer lines. I arrived and crawled the home finding poor grade, illegal fittings, no straps, bad angles, and just altogether messy work performed by the previous plumber. Upon camera inspection found that the sewer main from the garage to the city connection is bowed as well but the customer would like to wait on this fix for a later time. Provided multiple pictures showing the poor plumbing service that the customer received, and one sewer line was actually never hooked up and has been draining under the home. The open line has created a muddy home that spans about 1/3 of the entire home underneath.
