Mr Martin was very polite and knowledge about our problem. He explained what we needed. He helped us find the solution to our problem. He was very polite and respectful to us and worked to get us some air as soon as possible We want to thank you for letting him come to help us.
Everything was great, as usual; BUT! When I make an appointment for 10 o'clock and it's confirmed by the other party the night before, I do not expect or WANT to see the service-person show up at 8:30!!! We are retired, old and frequently do not sleep well, I have not made an appointment before 9:30 since the day I retired 12 years ago and I do not set alarms or get up much before 9. Please do everything possible in the future to assure this does not happen again. Just to be clear, I do not believe this was the serviceman's problem, but a reschedule by the office most likely due to a cancellation of an earlier appointment?
