I know this is not Chris' fault, but after Custom Air cancelled my appt. for July 21st, they gave me another apt for July 5th, today. When I made the appt the young lady told me between 2-4, and I asked her twice because I wanted an earlier apt that day. She told me she had no earlier appt for that day, so I accepted between 2-4. Around 12pm today I just so happen to go into my email and a message from Custom Air stated that Chris was on his way. I almost missed that appt because I was given the wrong time. NOT GOOD!
