Everyone did a very nice job. Met my expectations. I will likely have to have one change made to a location of a return duct but that was my decision on that placement even though I was advised of a likely better option by the tech. Should have listened to the installer and went with his advice.

I would highly recommend Custom Aire for heating and air conditioning maintenance. The receptionist were helpful and friendly. The service men who came were both very informative, explaining what they were doing. They offered professional opinions when asked for them. The pricing seemed reasonable, although I was so happy with there response and service that I did not "comparative shop." I am very happy with their service.

Decent Service, But Left Too Much Mess

The service person was pleasant and I was timely notified of his expected arrival time. He was diligent about putting booties on every time he set foot in my house. But I will have to repaint around a number of the vents he opened (which, to be fair, were in some cases painted over), and I found easily noticeable debris in my bathroom sinks and on my kitchen counter. There is likely more debris that isn't easily noticeable. It would have been far preferable if the service person put drop cloths under the area of the vents, to contain the mess.

Your installers were terrific, courteous, diligent and very competent. We have an old home with 40 year old ductwork, needing reworking to use the Carrier Infinity zoned system. They went out of their way to make sure the existing ducts were leak free and fit the new ducts to our difficult system. The new system is very quiet and allows us to obtain air flow where we have never had any before. The condenser is amazingly silent due to the scroll compressor and oversized multi speed fan. The zoning appears to work really well. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the preliminary quoting process. The salesman measured all rooms in the house and reviewed register placement and returns to make sure load calculations were done correctly. Installation was absolutely spotless and well done. Absolutely worth talking with this folks if you are in the market for a new heating and air conditioning system.
