I found a leak that coming from the plumbing. Pilot Point
I completed an HVAC repair for a customer whose system was not functioning properly. Upon inspection, I found that the blower motor capacitor had failed, causing the blower to not start. I replaced the faulty capacitor with a new 35/5 MFD dual-run capacitor, then checked the motor for proper operation. Additionally, I inspected the evaporator coil and noticed dirt buildup, which was affecting airflow. After cleaning the coil and confirming the blower motor was running efficiently, I performed a full system diagnostic. The HVAC system is now working properly, providing consistent airflow and improved cooling performance.
I completed fall maintenance on a Rheem Classic Series heat pump to prepare it for winter. I inspected the reversing valve, tested the defrost cycle, and checked the refrigerant levels. I also cleaned the outdoor coil to ensure proper airflow and lubricated the blower motor. The heat pump is now ready for the upcoming colder months.
Installed a Bryant Evolution Series air purifier integrated into the HVAC system for a customer in Pilot Point, TX, who suffers from asthma. The purifier's advanced filtration technology captures allergens, dust, and pollutants, ensuring cleaner indoor air. This significantly reduces asthma triggers, promoting healthier breathing and comfort for the homeowner.
